Tim Stockwell and his family moved to Fife in the nineties to grow cereals and vegetables, and decided to start growing 5 acres of soft fruit in 2005. Each year they expanded their strawberry production and along the way added Raspberries, Blackberries and most recently Blueberries to their portfolio. Now Tim grows 160 acres of soft fruit! The business has grown significantly with turnover more than doubling in the last 10 years to ¬£5MEnvironmental awareness has always been something that Tim and his family are mindful of. Where possible they make decisions that are environmentally sustainable having minimal impact on the eco-system. Fruit quality and taste is paramount to the team and have therefore invested in a packing facility located on the farm that will allow them to pack fruit the same day it is picked and increase shelf life for their customers.
